Frequently Asked Questions

Glide’s integration works with the Receive a web request trigger, allowing you to send three values from Glide to IFTTT. Glide currently does not support the Receive a web request with a JSON payload trigger that enables sending JSON data to the applet.

Choose a short name describing the action, such as send_signature_doc or add_to_contacts. IFTTT advises using only letters, numbers, and underscores.

In Glide, you can add a Show Notification after the Trigger IFTTT Applet action to confirm the webhook was sent. In IFTTT, you can review the Applet Activity Log.

It can take up to an hour for some applets to run. Upgrading your IFTTT account may result in faster trigger times.
