New Workflow Triggers & Steps
You can now trigger workflows from Slack or manual actions inside of your app, chain them together, and pause for human input when needed—giving you more control and flexibility when automating work in Glide.
New Triggers
Slack Trigger: Kick off a workflow when a Slack message is posted—great for syncing team activity across tools.
Manual Trigger: Let users start workflows manually from actions in your app, like pressing a button or submitting a form. Note: This trigger only works with the Trigger Workflow step.

Trigger Workflow: Chain workflows together by triggering one from another—perfect for building modular logic and reusable automations.
Human-in-the-Loop: Pause a workflow to collect human input or approval. Share loop links with users to gather responses, or prompt them via Slack to choose from preset options.
