Outstanding Glide Support When It Mattered Most

Right before launch, our home screen unexpectedly disappeared and a review screen appeared with no changes on our end. I reached out to Bob the day before go-live and he resolved the issue within 30 minutes. He was timely, calm, and explained everything clearly without rushing me. He even shared additional features we can use later. Very knowledgeable, responsive, and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.
