Hi, I'm Dana. 👋 I build custom web portals.
I specialize in operations project portals that provide a complete, real-time view of your projects, your team, and the services you provide.
I've spent quite some time working in the real estate world with client projects ranging from private lending to fix and flip/hold project management. I've built enough real estate investment operations portals that I now offer a project portal as a service. It's cheaper for my clients, and you can be up and running within a day.
If you run your business out of spreadsheets and you have a team of 3 or more people, this is the tool that takes you to the next level.
Extremely Helpful

I had a great experience with Dana during his Project Fit Review. He generously gave me extra time, walked me through my options, and even suggested a free tool I could try before investing in a bigger build. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to share his expertise without charging me. Highly recommend working with Dana if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and straightforward.

Dana is extremely attentive to every need. He thoroughly talks through every aspect of the project and creates intuitive solutions well beyond the standard scope. I recommend Dana for any of your technology solution needs and recommend you talk to him even if you think his solution is not exactly what you need. He is the ultimate problem solver.

I've worked alongside Dana on multiple projects. He has a very engaging personality and is able to work with people to get beyond what they're saying into what they're really asking for.
Life changing systems created

Dana has an amazing a fairly unique skill to think like the user and business owner when mapping out our process, developing the systems (he built two for us) swiftly, and always enhancing as our needs evolve. The relationship with him and what he has built has been life changing for us…the automation, user experience, access to the data internally/externally the way we want…all amazing. We can simply focus on managing and growing the business and less time on the tasks of the business.
