Kristin took my idea of building an app that gamifies my employee experience and delivered. After just a couple calls we now have an app that every field employee gets to use and visually see their work stats from how much work they have completed, their current skill level which they can continue building and watch their avatar level up as they do as well as how they rank with others. Im able to give awards, and delegate work as well as have my crew leads fill out job progress reports.

Kristin took my idea of creating an app that gamifies my company's employee experience and brought it to life. Now my employees have their own fun avatar and profile that tracks XP Points, Training, jobs completed and gives badges of honor. I thought it would take a significant amount of back and forth but her attentiveness and commitment made it happen after just a couple calls. First version was very clean, fun and appealing to use. Look forward to continuing to work and create with her.

Kristin is an incredible Glide expert. She does a great job listening intently to the problem you need solved. She then creates a detail proposal listing everything you'll get. Finally, she delivers it on time, and is always available for questions and touch ups. Kristin is patient, friendly, and enthusiastic. I highly recommend Kristin to anyone who wants to get their app off the ground!
