Our company had a very basic and outdated job booking system that we were using. Initaiily, we just wanted an app based platform that all staff can access remotely and management can control easily all in one place. After many consultations with James, we have managed to build a booking system that is not only efficent, but intergrated with many functions such as georeferecning, equipment allocation and automation. We can not be happier with the results and look forwards to adding extra features

Prior to the new system, we were running a spreadsheet to schedule jobs. This process chewed up a lot of time with emails and administrating any job changes. Now we have an automated booking system in place, with notifications and DBYD automation built in, it just makes everything flow a lot easier and provides a great overview of the day to day and week to week schedule. James had a collaborative approach and made the whole process really smooth. I’m excited to keep building on the system.
