Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're unhappy, we will issue you a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. You must submit a refund request within this 14-day period to qualify for a refund.

No refunds will be given after 14 days of your initial purchase date.

Chargebacks, Disputed Payments, and Fraud Reports

If a payment on your Glide account is reversed, disputed, or reported as fraudulent by your credit card company or any other payment method used, we will interpret this as an unauthorized use of your credit card or payment method, and we will immediately refund the charge and your Glide account will be closed and all applications deleted.
