Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not happy, we will give you a full refund within 14 days of purchase or subscription renewal, please submit a refund request.

After 14 days, you can cancel or downgrade your subscription and you’ll automatically receive credit for unused time.

Chargebacks, Disputed Payments, and Fraud Reports

If a payment on your Glide account is reversed by your credit card company, disputed, or reported as fraudulent, we will interpret this as a refund request. We will immediately refund the charge and your Glide account will be closed.

Glide-initiated Refunds

Our mission is to create a billion new software developers, so we try our best to make Glide broadly affordable. We're able to keep our price relatively low because Glide is a self-serve product—you build your app yourself.

Our paid plans do not include any hands-on support. We also cannot help build your app. If you need assistance, you can get free help on our Community Forum or hire a Glide Expert.

We've found that some customers demand more attention and support from us than we can provide. If this becomes the case, we will remind the customer that their plan does not include support and direct them to the resources mentioned above. If they continue to demand our attention, we will refund their last payment at our discretion, and discontinue their app's subscription.
