Incredible’s main goal is to solve the most critical operational pain points in focused sprints by creating custom software in GlideOS. A multinational equipment supplier moved from hour-long spreadsheet quotes to signed deals on-site
One of Incredible's clearest examples comes from a multinational supplier of cleaning equipment to airports and warehouses worldwide. Its field sales team was quoting jobs directly off an Excel spreadsheet, a process that came with every problem that entails. "That client was using an Excel spreadsheet to manage their field services operations," Stephen said. "Their sales team was doing all of their quoting off this sheet, and had all the problems that running that type of operation on an Excel spreadsheet has: version controlling, having up-to-date data in terms of stock on hand in relation to their existing supply chains, and also speed."
Speed was the biggest cost. A single quote took two separate trips to complete. "They were visiting a client, then having to go back to the office, then spending over an hour in this Excel spreadsheet, then going back to the client," Stephen said.
Incredible rebuilt the workflow in GlideOS, using the client's own spreadsheet as the foundation. "We used what they've already got as clear context to then build something that is a much easier, faster tool."
Field reps now quote and close deals without ever leaving the client site. "The result is that they now can quote live on site," Stephen said. "All of their field representatives can go with a client, talk about what they want to create, and based on the materials and things they need, they can live-create that quote on site and get that signed. It's a much faster sales process. It's a much more efficient way for them to use their time."
