TrashOS ships as a complete, ready-to-customize operations platform. All six apps share a single live Postgres database — so a job completed in the field updates billing automatically, and a new order from the portal appears in dispatch immediately.

Dispatch Console

The live command center for dispatchers and CSRs. Today's jobs appear on a grouped board by route and driver, with color-coded status chips (Unassigned → Assigned → En Route → On Site → Completed → Blocked). Dispatchers assign drivers and trucks inline, flag exceptions, add notes, and log new orders from phone or walk-in calls — all from one screen.

Driver App

Mobile-first stop execution for drivers in the field. Large touch targets and a simple state machine walk drivers through each stop: Start Driving → Arrived On Site → Complete Job (capturing weight, ticket number, and disposal notes). One-tap exception reporting (locked gate, contamination, overweight) flags the job immediately for billing review.

CRM & Sales

Full customer lifecycle management. Each account shows sites, contacts, active services, order history, a communications timeline, and live invoice balances — all in one tabbed view. The Orders pipeline highlights pending jobs and tracks the full quote-to-service workflow.

Billing & AR

Closes the loop between field execution and revenue. A billable exceptions queue surfaces completed jobs with contamination flags, extra rental days, or weight overages before they hit an invoice — catching disputes early. Full invoice lifecycle (Draft → Sent → Partially Paid → Paid → Overdue), AR aging buckets, and payment recording.

Customer Portal

Self-service for commercial and residential customers. A three-step online ordering flow (choose container → pick site and date → confirm), invoice viewing, extra pickup requests, and missed pickup reporting — which auto-creates a high-priority job in dispatch.

Manager Dashboard

Read-only KPIs for leadership: jobs today vs. completed, on-time %, open AR balance, containers on rent, active customers. Route performance table, container utilization by status, fleet overview, driver scorecards, AR aging summary, and top overdue accounts.

Seeded with a realistic mid-size Phoenix, AZ hauler: 12 customers, 4 active routes, 20 containers, 30 jobs across multiple statuses, 15 invoices, and a full communications history — so every screen shows meaningful data on first open.
