Overview
What's included
Five apps in one project, sharing the same data.
Launcher
Four tiles open Owner HQ, Back Office, Crew, and Customer Portal. Below them, the launcher lists recently completed visits and recently approved estimates, and shows how many visits are scheduled today.
Owner HQ
- Dashboard: month-to-date revenue against last month, accounts receivable, open pipeline value, crew utilization for today, and revenue by service line.
- Pipeline: estimates by stage with totals.
- Revenue: six months of collected revenue, stacked by service line.
- Capacity: each crew member's jobs today against their daily capacity.
- Risk: overdue invoices, visits flagged for follow-up, declined estimates, and clients with no recent visit.
- AI Briefing: a weekly summary of revenue, operations, and pipeline with suggested actions.
Back Office
- Dashboard: today's jobs by crew, estimates needing action, overdue invoices, and active service plans.
- Estimates: create and edit estimates with line items, tax, and running totals; search and filter by status and service line. On an estimate, mark it sent, approved, or declined, ask AI for a draft of line items and scope and drop it into the estimate to review before saving, draft a follow-up email, or turn an approved estimate into an invoice.
- Dispatch: today's visits by crew or by zone, with each crew member's load.
- Visits: schedule a visit for a property and crew member, change its date, time, or crew, filter by status, type, and service line, and open a visit to record notes and mark it complete.
- Properties: add and edit properties; property cards with service-line badges; each property has history, plans, photos, invoices, and notes tabs, and buttons to schedule a visit, start an estimate, or create an invoice for it.
- Billing: create invoices (numbered automatically) and edit any invoice that isn't paid yet, with tax and totals worked out for you; invoices with aging; mark paid or log a follow-up.
- Clients: add and edit clients; contact details and property counts.
Crew
- My Route: today's stops in order, the stop in progress, and access notes.
- Visit: a checklist for the visit's service line, crew notes, materials, issues, before/after photo links, and a follow-up flag. Start, pause, and complete the visit.
- AI: write a customer-facing visit summary, or classify a field issue by severity.
- History and Issues: recent completed visits and open follow-ups for a crew member.
Customer Portal
- Home: the client's properties, next visit, open estimates, and balance due.
- Estimates: approve an estimate or ask for changes, or get a plain-language explanation from AI.
- Invoices and History: billing records and completed-visit summaries with after photos.
- Request and Messages: send a service request or a message. Both arrive in Back Office as a new estimate request.
- Access: each client sees only their own account, matched by sign-in email. The first person to open the portal after install can preview it as any client. Like every app in your Glide organization, the portal starts open to your organization's members only, so change its access before you invite clients to sign in.
Five service lines
Every visit, estimate, invoice, and service plan carries a service line: Landscape Management, Water Management, Pest Management, Arbor Care, or Construction. Crew checklists, AI drafts, filters, and revenue charts follow it.
