Who it's for
Independent gyms, boutique studios and personal-training businesses that want their own branded member app and the staff tools behind it, without stitching five products together.
What's in the box
Member App — Members book classes (and join the waitlist when a class is full — they move up automatically when a spot opens), QR check in, follow the workouts their trainer assigns, log weights in lb or kg, and track progress. They manage their own plan: turn auto-renew on or off, freeze, cancel, or buy a class pack. Mobile-first.
Trainer App — Coaches see their roster with 30-day compliance, build multi-week programs and assign them, compare each client's target vs actual lifts, and run 1:1 personal-training sessions: set weekly availability, book clients, and mark sessions done or no-show. Clashes with classes they teach are caught before booking.
Front Desk — Reception checks members in, sells day passes and memberships, takes payments, signs up walk-ins, and manages class rosters and waitlists from a tablet-friendly screen.
Back Office — Owners and managers run members, memberships, staff, a recurring weekly class template (fill any week in one click), revenue and retention dashboards, a churn watch list, past-due payments to chase, and announcements.
Sales — A gym sales pipeline: New → Contacted → Trial booked → Showed / No-show → Won / Lost, with Nurture for trials that never showed. Every lead has an owner and a next follow-up date; "due today" and "overdue" lists give the team their call list. Winning a lead signs them up on a plan; losing one records why, and Reports shows the reasons.
All four staff apps share a built-in team chat with channels and direct messages.
Try it right away
Open Back Office once after installing and you're added as the gym's owner, so the Member App shows a full staff preview of any sample member instead of an empty account. Sample data includes ~100 members, 7 trainers, 6 staff, classes, bookings, workouts, payments, leads and 1:1 sessions.

Setup after cloning
- Tell the assistant your gym's name and brand color — it renames and rebrands all five apps.
- Attach your existing spreadsheets (members, trainers, classes, leads) to replace the sample data.
- Upload your logo — it becomes the app icon across the suite.
- Publish when you're ready. Staff apps stay limited to people in your Glide organization; the Member App lets members sign in with their own email.
About your data
This template stores member birth dates, body measurements, injury notes, and membership payments. Glide's user data rules allow this kind of information only in private apps on a paid plan.
