Overview
The sales workspace your team will actually use
A clean, fast CRM that shows each rep what needs attention today and gets out of the way. Sign-in is required: only members of your Glide organization with access to the project can open it.
It ships with sample data from a B2B software company's pipeline: 12 companies, 24 contacts, 24 deals across every stage, 27 logged activities and 11 follow-up tasks, so you can see every feature working before you load your own.
What you get
Today in Sales dashboard Open pipeline value, won revenue, follow-ups due today and stale deals at a glance. Below them: tasks due today and overdue, deals with no contact in 7+ days, pipeline value by stage, your top accounts, and a Lost reasons chart.
Pipeline board Every deal on a Kanban board with the company logo, contact photo, value, win probability, owner, days in stage and next step. Drag a card to move it; drop it on Lost and the app asks why (Price, Timing, Went elsewhere, No decision, Other). Filter the board by owner, or switch to the List view.
Your stages, your names Click Stages on the Deals page to rename, add, reorder or remove stages. The board, the list and the dashboard follow. Won and Lost always close the pipeline.
Deal room Each deal has its amount, probability, close date, last contact, next step, owner, company and contact cards, notes, follow-up tasks and an activity timeline. Log a call, email, meeting or note without leaving the page.
Follow-up tasks Add tasks with a due date and an owner to any deal or contact, tick them off when done, and see everything due today or overdue on the dashboard.
Draft follow-up (AI action) On any deal page, click Generate on the Draft follow-up email card. The AI reads the deal's recent activity and next step and writes a short, specific follow-up email ready to copy.
Summarize account (AI action) On any company page, click Summarize account. The AI reads the company's contacts, deals and recent activity and writes a three-paragraph brief: who they are, where each deal stands, and what to do next.
Contacts and companies Search people and accounts, see each contact's owner, title, company and deals, and open a company to see everyone who works there and every deal in flight.
Import from a spreadsheet Click Import CSV on the Contacts or Companies page, match your columns, preview the rows, and import. Contacts already in the CRM (same email) and companies already in the CRM (same website domain) are skipped.
Ideal for
- Small sales teams moving off a spreadsheet
- Founders running their own pipeline
- B2B teams that want a CRM they can reshape to their own process
