TaplineOS

Sell the accounts that will run out, then load the truck to match.

Overview

Static weekly routes waste windshield time. Accounts that still have product get a visit; accounts about to go dry wait until Thursday. TaplineOS turns last night's closeout into days of inventory, a shorter beat, suggested replenishment, and a truck that matches what the street will actually sell.

Four apps, one book

  • Dispatch — At-risk accounts, tonight's two-truck plan, CSV invoice import, and Generate rebuild briefing.
  • Rep — Phone-first beat: next stop, suggested order, tap photos, complete or skip with a reason.
  • Accounts — Premise book, placements, invoice history, and on-hand vs days of inventory.
  • Loadout — Pick by suggested cases and kegs, stage by truck, check returns at the dock.

Generate rebuild briefing

On the Dispatch landing screen, Generate rebuild briefing reads today's at-risk list and the four dispatch metrics, then writes a five-bullet morning brief: which accounts to hit first, which SKUs are driving the risk, and a one-line loadout note. If the org is out of AI credits, the same screen tells you to add credits or upgrade in the Glide dashboard — the rest of Dispatch still works.

Invoice import

Paste or upload a CSV of last night's invoices (invoice_date, account_code, sku_code, cases, kegs, dollars, rep_code). Dispatch rebuilds velocity and days of inventory from that file. No live warehouse or accounting connection required.
