Company Retreat

Company Retreat is the app attendees open on their phones during a company offsite. It replaces the itinerary PDF, the room-list spreadsheet and the "where do we meet?" thread with one place that sits behind your team's sign-in.

What you get

• Schedule: a three-day itinerary with meals, a strategy workshop, activities and logistics, color-coded by type.
• Organizer updates: post a change ("shuttle moved to 11 AM") from a short form; the latest three show at the top of the Schedule screen with the time posted.
• My trip: arrival flight, room, roommate and airport shuttle slot for each attendee (the sample uses a demo picker).
• Team directory: search by name, role or department; each profile has email, phone, room and a conversation starter.
• Info: the venue (address, tap-to-copy WiFi, check-in, amenities, good-to-know notes) and a Local tips tab.
• Map: seven pinned spots around the venue with type filters; each opens in your maps app.
• Ask AI: a concierge that answers questions from the schedule, updates, venue, tips, map and roster.

Sample data

The sample is an invented software company, Wrenfield, on an offsite at an invented resort on Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas: 18 attendees across nine departments, 13 events and three organizer updates. Every name, email, phone number and business is fictional; public landmarks (the beach, El Arco, the marina, the airport) are real. Swap in your own people, venue and city.

Only signed-in members of your Glide organization can open the app, so the roster and contact details stay private.
