Overview
Sports League Manager is two apps that share one database. League Back Office is where you run the season. League Hub is where players follow it.
Who it's for
Organizers and registrars of adult, community, and rec leagues and clubs who run sign-ups, schedules, scores, and standings for several divisions, and want players to see the same information on their phones. The sample is a two-division rec soccer league, and scores are tracked as goals.
League Back Office
- Overview shows what needs you this week: results to enter, postponed games, games with no referee or snack volunteer, and which players still owe their season fee.
- Schedule builds a full round robin for a division. Pick the first week, kickoff times, and fields, and every team plays every other team once or home and away. Add makeup games one at a time.
- Game changes reach players. When you postpone, cancel, or move a game, both teams' League Hub pages get an update, and players can get an email too.
- Scores record the final result and each goal with scorer, assist, and minute. Standings, scoring leaders, and team pages update when you save.
- Standings track played, won, tied, lost, goal difference, points, and recent form for each division. Change the points for a win, tie, or loss and the table recalculates.
- Teams edit in place. Change a team's name, division, home field, coach, or colors right in the table, and add divisions and fields on the same page.
- Snack duty is set per team, per game.
- Sign-ups move from review to roster. Place a player on a team with a jersey number, waitlist, or decline. Set each division's fee and a multi-player discount, open or close sign-ups, and export sign-ups and rosters to CSV.
- News posts to the whole league, one division, or one team. Pin what matters most.
- Game recaps come from Draft recap with AI on any finished game. It writes a short report from the score, the scorers, and the standings. Edit it, then publish it to League Hub. Each draft uses AI credits.
League Hub
- This week's games, results, game recaps, and standings, built for a phone.
- Team pages with games, rosters, and team news.
- A season sign-up form with a consent checkbox. Sign-ups land in League Back Office for review.
- Players claim an open snack slot on any upcoming game.
- Players subscribe to the league or team calendar, so time changes show up on their phone.
- Scores can't be changed from League Hub, and coach and player contact details stay private.
