OpenReady OS gives every location a tablet check-in kiosk and managers a live command center showing green GREEN TO GO, amber LATE ARRIVAL, or red NO CHECK-IN for every site — with exact timestamps, a historical audit trail, and secure device-to-location assignment.

What you get

• One-tap opening check-in: The first opening employee taps a single large Check-In · Start Opening button. The app records the location, date, and exact arrival time — no login, no paper log.
• Live opening status across every location: The command center shows each site as green when the crew arrived on time, amber when they arrived after the target, and red when nobody has checked in yet.
• AI Opening Briefing: Tap Generate Opening Briefing on the dashboard for an AI-written summary of today's openings. It reads every location's check-in status and flags the sites that need a call right now, so regional managers start the day with context instead of chasing messages.
• Secure device assignment: Assign each tablet to its location with kiosk mode on. Only authorized managers can reassign a device from the command center.
• Automatic daily reset: One check-in per location per day, resetting at midnight — so every morning starts clean and yesterday's record stays intact.
• Full audit trail: Filter check-in history by location for compliance, staffing reviews, and on-time reporting.
