Product Listing Generator

Product Listing Generator is for solo and small online sellers who list the same products on their own shop, Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Write each listing with that channel's limits counted as you type, use AI for a first draft that is checked against the same limits, and save the versions you keep. Track listing work with briefs and due dates, and send copy for an optional second look. It is not a storefront: there is no cart, checkout, or payments, and it does not post to any channel for you.

What's included

• Write and check: pick a channel and write the title, tags, bullets, caption, or message. A live count shows characters against that channel's limit and turns red when a limit is broken.
• Channel rules: Amazon titles up to 75 characters (from Jul 27, 2026), Etsy titles up to 140 characters with 13 tags of 20 characters each, eBay titles up to 80 characters, and Instagram captions up to 2,200 characters and 30 hashtags. Your own shop and email get suggested lengths for page titles, meta descriptions, and subject lines.
• AI drafts: generate a draft for one channel or a short version for each channel. The AI is given the channel limits, and every part it writes is checked again so anything over a limit is marked before you save it.
• Saved copy: keep the versions you want for each product. Each one shows its count against the channel limit, and you can edit it.
• Product list: add products and edit each one's description and details. A readiness score goes up with a fuller description, more details, and a photo.
• Briefs and due dates: a brief per product and channel with an owner and due date. Briefs past due show Overdue, and briefs due within a week show Due soon.
• Review (optional): ask a partner or helper to look over saved copy. Approving records who approved it and when.
• Home screen: products ready to list, saved copy, copy over a limit, briefs due this week, and copy in review.

How it works

Write a listing

Open a product and select Write and check. Choose a channel, edit each part, and watch the count. Select Save as draft on the parts you keep.

Draft it with AI

Select AI draft for one channel or AI for each channel for all of them. Edit anything in the result. A note at the top says which parts break a channel limit.

Fix and reuse saved copy

Saved copy appears under Saved copy on the product and its brief. Select Edit to change it. The home screen lists saved copy that is over a limit.

Ask for a second look

On saved copy, select Ask for review. It shows up in Review, where Approve or Reject records your name and the date. You can skip this step.

Sample data

The template comes with one invented shop, Saltmeadow Candle Co., run by an owner and one helper: 18 products, 16 briefs, 16 pieces of saved copy (a few deliberately over a limit), and 6 review requests. Dates move to the day you install it.

AI features use your workspace's AI credits. Channel limits change; check each channel's current rules before you post.
