To support the delivery of our Services, Typeguard, Inc. (“Glide,” or “we” or “us” or “our”) may engage and use data processors, subcontractors or content delivery networks with access to or potentially have access to customer data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each Subprocessor used by GlideOS.
We publish our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service on our website.
Prior to engaging any Third-Party subprocessor, Glide uses a commercially reasonable selection process to ensure any Subprocessor we use meets our requirements for security, privacy, and confidentiality. We review all subprocessors regularly to ensure they still meet the original requirements and any additional requirements that may have arisen.
GlideOS uses infrastructure and storage services from Third-Party infrastructure providers to store Customer Data or provide additional services as needed to help with the delivery of our Services.
Cloudflare provides the entire platform runtime for GlideOS, including Workers, Durable Objects, D1, R2, KV, Queues, Workers AI, AI Gateway, Workers for Platforms, Cloudflare for SaaS, Email Sending, and Image Transformations.
Neon hosts the per-project Postgres relational databases that back GlideOS projects.
GlideOS uses Third-Party providers of large language models and related AI services throughout the product, including to power the GlideOS agent and other AI-assisted features. Models from any of the providers below may be used for any of these purposes, and the specific models and providers in use may change over time as we evaluate quality, performance, and cost. Customers can configure the data region in which these providers operate and may restrict GlideOS to a specific set of providers.
The providers GlideOS may use include:
Exa provides the web search and page retrieval behind the GlideOS agent's web tools. Exa receives the search queries and page URLs the agent composes while working on a customer's request.
Descope provides user authentication for GlideOS, including Google and Microsoft OAuth and email magic-link sign-in.
GlideOS uses certain Third Parties for product analytics, feature flags, logging, and error monitoring. These providers may receive event data, usage information, production logs, and error traces, which may include organization, project, user, and session identifiers.
PostHog provides product analytics, feature flags, and spend event tracking across the GlideOS agent, dashboard, project, billing, event-bus, identity, and slipstream services. PostHog may receive organization, project, user, and session identifiers, along with other personal information associated with product usage.
Datadog provides logging, error tracking, and monitoring for GlideOS production services. Datadog receives production logs that may contain organization, project, user, and session identifiers, along with other personal information associated with product usage.
Mailgun delivers transactional email for GlideOS, including sign-in magic links, invitations, and account notifications. Mailgun receives recipient email addresses and message contents.
GlideOS uses Stripe for subscriptions, checkout, and usage metering.
Google Cloud (Pub/Sub + BigQuery)
GlideOS forwards production events to Google Cloud Pub/Sub and BigQuery for warehouse ingestion and analytics.
Customers may connect their Google account to import or export data from Google Drive and Google Sheets via an OAuth flow they initiate.
Composio provides the integration platform that connects GlideOS apps and workflows to third-party tools and services. When customers connect an external account, Composio processes credentials and data exchanged with that service.
GlideOS works with certain Third Parties to provide specific functionality. These subprocessors access a restricted set of Customer Data.
HubSpot, Inc. | CRM
GlideOS syncs contact information to HubSpot when a customer completes onboarding. This integration is optional and is not active in deployments without a configured HubSpot API key.
Intercom, Inc. | Customer Support
Intercom powers the in-product support messenger on the GlideOS dashboard.
PartnerStack Inc. | Affiliate attribution
GlideOS reports sign-ups and paid transactions that originated from a PartnerStack referral link so that partner commissions can be calculated. PartnerStack receives the referral identifier, the customer's email address, and transaction amounts for those referred accounts only.
As our business grows and evolves, the Subprocessors we engage may also change. We will endeavor to provide you with notice of any new Subprocessors to the extent required under the Agreement, along with posting such updates here. Please check back frequently for updates.
