Design mode and MCP improvements

Today's release covers a few quality of life and reliability improvements to the design mode canvas and MCP server settings. Dig in:

Design canvas stays up during outages

GlideOS now routes mockup generation to a backup AI model when the primary provider is unavailable. Your design canvas keeps working during a Google outage, though the fallback model produces a slightly different visual style.

"Build it" button stays active during design

The "Build it" button in App Design view no longer greys out when you navigate between screens. It stays available throughout your session.

MCP Server settings get a dedicated page

MCP Server configuration has moved out of the org-switcher dropdown and into Settings → Organization → MCP Server.
