Chat with GlideOS, manage projects, and configure your account.

Home is where you start work with GlideOS. Chat with the agent, open your organization’s apps, projects, and chats, invite team members, and manage your account.

Chat with GlideOS

Start working with GlideOS directly from the home screen. Give GlideOS context, and it will help you work.

When you create a new app from the home screen, GlideOS automatically creates a Project for it. To work in an existing project, make sure you direct GlideOS to work there in your first message.

Prompt box

Type or dictate what you want to do. A good first prompt contains detailed context about the task you want the agent to complete. For example, if the task is to build an app, the first prompt should include who the app is for, what it should help users do, what information the app should use, and what features are essential.

Add files and data

Click the sign at the bottom left of the prompt box to upload files. GlideOS can read and work with text files (including markdown), JSON, images, and PDFs.

If you have existing data to incorporate, upload CSV or Microsoft Excel files, or connect to Google Sheets.

Choose a mode

If you have a paid plan, you can select whether GlideOS uses a Light, Balanced, or Heavy AI model. You can switch between them at any time during a single chat session. The mode you select applies to new messages until you change it again.
