Billing

Built with

Credits are the monthly budget your plan includes for building with Glide.

What is a credit?

A credit is a unit Glide uses to measure AI building work.

When you chat with Glide, ask for changes, generate an app, or use the agent to help build, that work can use credits.

How are credits used?

Credits can be used in two ways:

  • Building with Glide, such as chatting with the agent, asking for changes, or generating an app.
  • AI features inside apps you create, if your app uses AI to generate, summarize, classify, or work with text.

How are credits tracked?

Glide tracks AI work used while building and AI work used by apps you create.

Different requests can use different amounts of credits. Larger files, more complex changes, longer build sessions, and heavier AI features usually use more.

Where do I see my credits?

You can see your credit usage in your billing settings.

You may also see a credit indicator near the chat box when your remaining credits are getting low.

What happens when I run out of credits?

If you use all of your credits, Glide will stop new AI build requests until you have more credits available.

If you are on Free, upgrade to a paid plan to keep building.

If you are on a paid plan, you can buy more credits or wait for your monthly credits to reset.

Do credits roll over?

Monthly credits included with your plan reset each month. Unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next month.

Extra credits you buy separately do carry over. They do not expire at the end of the month.

Can I buy more credits?

Yes, paid plans can buy extra credits.

Extra credits are used after your monthly credits and do not reset each month.

If I upgrade my plan, will I get more credits?

Yes. Paid plans include more credits than Free.

Solo includes a monthly credit allowance you can choose when selecting the plan.

Team includes credits for each member. Adding more members increases the team’s monthly credit allowance.

Enterprise plans are custom.
