To be eligible, you must request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Platform fees and additional purchases of credits can be refunded based on unused time or unused credits. Usage-based fees are ineligible for refunds.

Extra credits purchased will last for 12 months.
Solo plan and would like to change to the Team plan. How can I do so?To switch from the Solo plan to the Team plan, reach out to Support, and they will assist you in changing your subscription.
During the Beta program, we do not have a self-serve way yet to purchase more projects. If you are on the Solo plan, we recommend switching to the Team plan by contacting Support. If you are on the Team plan, please contact Sales using our contact form.
