Preview images directly in chat, and more
A few quick fixes today include sign-in reliability improvements, usage and analytics screen accessibility, and a clear session expiration message. We’ve also made Images you send in chat now show a preview immediately.
Usage analytics now available in Settings
You can now find platform usage and activity analytics in the Usage tab in your Settings. We’ve also landed some fixes that improve accessibility and connectivity.
Improvements to the Work Mode chat
You can now attach files to messages in chat while you’re in Work Mode, allowing you to provide the GlideOS agent with deeper context than what it already has to get better answers and analysis. You can also now preview spreadsheets in a side panel without leaving the conversation while in Work Mode. This, and a few quality-of-life updates are included in today’s release.
Invite your whole team with one paste
We’ve made team invites easier by letting you paste comma-separated emails to add multiple members to your GlideOS organization at once.
Improved image gen, analytics, and spreadsheet import
Dashboard analytics are now split into separate Usage and Tokens tabs so you can track credit consumption and model usage independently. The data editor also opens automatically when you create a new table, and the spreadsheet panel now opens on its own while the agent analyzes it in chat. We’ve also improved image generation across all of your GlideOS apps.
AI Image generation in your apps
GlideOS now uses AI to automatically generate relevant imagery when building new apps, so you get a more complete, visual result without any extra prompts. Team plan members also now include per-seat credits: 100 each for your first 5 members and 50 for each additional member.
Quick fix to spreadsheet import
Agent chat no longer disconnects after you load a spreadsheet in the dashboard.
Chat with the agent about your data
Chat is now unified in the dashboard, which means you can ask the agent questions about your business, apps, and data right from the dashboard, without it starting to build an app.
Spreadsheet analysis upgrades
The GlideOS agent can now analyze spreadsheets you upload right in the chat at any time, rather than only at the outset of the build.
Launch apps faster with the app store
The new App Store lets you launch fully built starter apps with one click, and customize them from there. The app store gives you the opportunity to try GlideOS without spending credits building something from scratch. Custom domains also ship today, exclusively available on paid plans.
Set the AI model policy for your organization
Org admins can now set an AI model policy for their organization. Now you can adjust three settings to manage your team’s credit consumption: Computer Tier (Lite, Medium, or Heavy), which models are allowed (Anthropic, Deepseek, Google, etc.), and preferred data regions (US & Europe, Everywhere).
Improved mobile experience in your apps
Apps built in GlideOS now default to smaller body text and automatically apply mobile-friendly layouts. We’ve also fixed a bug that makes sure your shared app link correctly shows your custom URL instead of the default one.
Multimedia agent responses in chat
Agents can now send media cards and image galleries directly in chat conversations, making the conversation clearer and more specific.
Smoother experience across apps
Today’s updates center around stability. We’ve made several fixes to improve performance and address display issues, ensuring a smoother experience across all your apps.
Queue follow-up messages while GlideOS is working
You can now track your team’s performance with our new home activity dashboard. Additionally, you can now queue follow-up messages in the agent chat while it’s busy thinking or working. These queued messages will not interrupt the agent, but will automatically be sent when the agent is done it’s current task.
Improved Publish & Share menus
We’ve improved how prompts and user uploads are displayed in projects and chats. Various fixes, such as right-click options on your apps, and improving the Publish/Share popover window, have also been implemented, making the user experience in GlideOS more intuitive.
Sort projects your way, plus stability improvements
Today’s GlideOS update includes some quality of life improvements to make your experience even smoother. We’ve also given you some improved sorting options on your projects dashboard, so you can find what you need even faster.
Performance updates
We’ve improved your experience by adding helpful resources in the settings menu. Additionally, we’ve made a series of enhancements that elevate the reliability of the platform, minimizing disruptions and ensuring smoother interactions across your projects.
Quality of life improvements and better oversight
Today’s update enhances your experience with new AI features and improved organization management. You now have clearer control over credit usage. We’ve also made some minor improvements that result in a smoother overall experience for you.
Convenient navigation, member search, and more
You can now easily navigate your workspace with the new sidebar, and quickly find team members by name or email in account settings. Plus, our updates ensure functionality stays top-notch, from team invite links to message formatting, all while improving readability across the platform.
