You can now provide Glide Support with a special code to help you with your app safely and securely.
With this code, support can look at the app and the data in the Data Editor. They can change the app and data locally (on their end) to troubleshoot, but these changes won’t be saved.
Support will also not have access to your spreadsheet directly (although they will see the data in the Data Editor).
We keep a full record of every time support look at your app with that code and your code will automatically expire after 24 hours.
To get a support code, just click on your app's dropdown menu in the app dashboard and click 'Make Support Code'.
