Ecosystem Marketer

Summary

Glide is looking for our first Ecosystem Marketer to helps us put Glide in the center of the no-code ecosystem map. You’ll be part of an early stage Marketing team, helping build the foundations of our field marketing and partnerships motion. You’ll become one of our faces in the ecosystem, representing Glide at sponsored events, organizing our own conferences, building deep relationships and bringing insights from the field back to our team so we can improve our product and brand.

 

The ideal candidate has experience in building apps with Glide and other no-code tools and is passionate about the no-code/low-code movement. Experience in early-stage startups in Marketing or customer-facing roles like Partnerships is preferred.

You will:

  • Become one of Glide’s key representatives in the no-code/low-code ecosystem, demonstrating our products’ capabilities to new prospects, customers, and potential partners.
  • Build and maintain deep connections with ecosystem players (e.g. experts, influencers, and complementary companies).
  • Find, prioritize and execute on sponsorship opportunities for Glide including but not limited to virtual and live events.
  • Lead planning and successful execution of Glide’s future customer conferences, working with Marketing, Design, Sales & Customer Success and external vendors.
  • Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities including but not limited to co-marketing partnerships, integration and other types of partnerships.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to bring ecosystem and user insights to the rest of the company and improve the product.
  • Be a self-starter, joining our early Marketing team, helping to define how we show up in the ecosystem to represent Glide.
  • Travel to live sponsored or organized events and potential partner meetings (~10% of the time for now, with potentially more as live events pick-up).
 

This job might be perfect for you if...

  • You have 5+ years of relevant work experience in Field Marketing, Ecosystem Marketing or Partnership Marketing.
  • You are passionate about no-code/low-code and actively follows news, players, and events.
  • You can clearly demonstrate Glide, articulating value propositions to a wide range of audiences from prospects to more advanced users.
  • You are a clear communicator being able to adapt your communication style to different audiences.

Definitely mention if you have...

  • A Glide App or Page that you’ve built and want to show off.
  • Created any content (written or video) demonstrating apps you’ve built or no-code/low-code insights.
  • Organized large company or ecosystem conferences, live or virtual.
